A Note to Readers
from Ann Handley

Now a Major Motion Picture: 'So Just What Is a Mixer, Anyway?"

Recently in this space, I asked, "So what the heck is a 'Mixer,' anyway?"

"Is it a fun drink? Is it a college dance? Is it a kitchen appliance?"

It turns out that it's something else entirely, of course!

So today, I'm writing to tell you about "What's a Mixer: The Major Motion Picture."

Well, maybe I'm overstating it a bit.... Perhaps it's more of a fun "Short" than a major motion anything.

My friend Steve Garfield, author of the upcoming book, Get Found: Online Video Secrets to Build Your Business, produced this fun video with me explaining just what a Mixer is.

With props. And music.

Check out the video here. (The soundtrack makes it, don't you think?)

Afterward, check out the full program and get to Chicago!

Can't wait to see you there!

PS: Five words: Guy Kawasaki. Here. This Thursday. (OK, here's a sixth: PSYCHED!)

PPS: Guy is actually the kick-off to a brand new "Grapevine" seminar series that MarketingProfs is bringing you over the next several months. The six-session seminar series includes some big names: Guy. Seth. Andy. Emanuel. Get a sneak peak of what we have up our sleeves....
